I do not know your size but Spanx style 108 goes up to an XL. This style has light control and will smooth and slim your mid-section, tummy, hips, rear, and legs. It hits just below the knee. That is the only body briefer style that we have that hits below the knee.

I would also recommend a shapewear capri. We have Spanx style 094 and plus size 095. The benefits of wearing a capri rather then the body briefer are you can wear your own bra and it’s easier to use the rest room.

We also firm control styles like Body Wrap styles 44851 and 45851. They keep your tummy in and shape your rear without flattening. Miraclesuit 2607 has inside double panel, which removes inches from tummy and hips. It is great as a pant liner under your favorite pair of pants, up to a 2X.
