Hi, I would recommend getting an XL. When in between sizes in shapewear you should go up a size. If you feel it is not shaping you as mush as you would like then size down. It's better to have the shapewear a little bigger then too small. If it's too small its becomes uncomfortable and you may end up with bulges where you didn’t have bulges before because the garment isn't fitting properly. I would recommend wearing your bras with shapewear tanks unless there is an underwire or molded cups. Personally, I always were a bra with shapewear tanks for extra support. I have added a few of my favorites below.
